Custom or personalized items, as well as orders that have been processed, packed, or shipped, cannot be cancelled. Special promotional or clearance items may have specific terms.

Return

You can return items within 48 hours of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and the invoice.

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds are only issued for items in perfect condition. Products showing signs of damage, wear, or misuse may not qualify.
