Shipping Locations

We currently offer delivery to all pin codes across India. Please note that, at this time, we do not provide international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email containing all the relevant details.

Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery takes between 3-8 business days, depending on your location, to ensure that your furniture or apparel arrives as quickly as possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts

In the event that a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the order:

• Our delivery partner will make up to two additional attempts.
• If all delivery attempts fail, the product will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery request can be placed, subject to additional shipping fees.
• Damaged or Lost Shipments
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your package, along with photographic evidence of the damage.
• If your shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to verify the situation and will initiate either a replacement or a refund based on the outcome.

Product-Specific Restrictions

Certain items, such as large furniture pieces or delicate products, may have special delivery requirements or restrictions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
